spider-med GmbH operates this website and the Craniosophie Academy. Academic lead: Priv.-Doz. Dr. med. Dr. med. dent. Astrid Kruse Gujer (UZH).
We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Visiting the website
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, USA). When you open the website, Netlify's servers automatically record technical data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type). This data is used solely to provide and secure the website and is deleted after a short time. We do not keep visitor statistics and do not use any analytics or advertising services.
The fonts on this website are loaded directly from our server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other font service.
3. Registration for the training
If you register via the registration form, we process your details (name, title, contact details, practice or institution, billing address, profession, chosen option, chosen practice day and your message) to handle your registration, to prepare your contract, for your participation and for invoicing. Your details are transmitted in encrypted form to a Google Apps Script (Google LLC, USA) and from there transferred to our participant management in Notion (Notion Labs Inc., USA). No payment data is collected on this website.
4. Introductory call via Calendly
We use Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA) to book the introductory call. The booking calendar is embedded in this website but only loads when you click a button for the introductory call. Only then does your browser transmit technical data such as your IP address to Calendly, and Calendly may set its own cookies. We use the details you enter when booking (name, email address and, where applicable, phone number) to arrange and hold the call.
5. Explainer video via Vimeo
The home page embeds an explainer video hosted by Vimeo (Vimeo.com, Inc., USA). The video only loads when you click the preview image. No data is transmitted to Vimeo before that. Only when you click does your browser transmit technical data such as your IP address to Vimeo. We embed the player with the «Do Not Track» setting so that Vimeo does not collect data to analyse your usage. Vimeo may still process data that is technically necessary to run the player.
6. Contact form and email
The contact form opens your email program with a prepared message to us. No data is transmitted via this website. Emails to us are received and stored by our email provider Infomaniak Network SA (Geneva, Switzerland). If you write to us, we use your details solely to answer your enquiry.
7. Links to other services
Links to Instagram, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube and Amazon are plain links. No content from these services is embedded in this website. The providers' privacy policies only apply once you click a link.
8. Cookies
This website itself sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Cookies can only be set by Calendly or Vimeo, and only after you open the booking calendar or start the explainer video (see sections 4 and 5).
9. Legal bases
Where the GDPR applies, we process your data to perform a contract or take pre-contractual steps (registration, introductory call, enquiries; Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure website and in presenting our offer through the explainer video, which only loads after your click and with the «Do Not Track» setting (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, when Calendly is loaded, on the basis of your consent given by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
10. Disclosure and transfer abroad
Your data is not sold or rented. We only pass it on to the service providers named above where this is necessary for the respective purpose, or where there is a legal obligation. Some of these providers process data in the USA. Such transfers are based on the providers' safeguards, in particular the Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-US and EU-US) or standard contractual clauses.
11. Retention and deletion
We only store personal data for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations, for example for accounting records.
12. Your rights
You have the right to information, correction, deletion and restriction of processing of your personal data, the right to receive your data and to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact info@craniosophie.ch. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Switzerland this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
13. Changes
We update this privacy policy when our processing or the legal situation changes. The version published on this website applies.
Last updated: October 2026. The German version of this privacy policy is authoritative.
